Diesel generating plants have an important role in power plant.
Diesel power station (also known as Stand-by power station) uses a diesel engine as prime mover for the generation of electrical energy.
This power station is generally compact and thus can be located where it is actually required. This kind of power station can be used to produce limited amounts of electrical energy. In most countries these power stations are used as emergency supply stations.
The diesel burns inside the engine and the combustion process causes rotational mechanical energy that turns the engine shaft and drives the alternator. The alternator in turn converts mechanical energy into electrical energy.
This type of electricity generating power station will probably be used a long time into the future, due to a need for reliable stand-by electrical source for emergency situations.

An overhead power line is an electric power transmissionline suspended by towers or poles.
The overhead power lines are generally the lowest-cost method of transmission for large quantities of electric power. Towers for support of the lines are made of wood (as-grown or laminated), steel (either lattice structures or tubular poles), concrete, aluminum, and occasionally reinforced plastics. The bare wire conductors on the
line are generally made of aluminum (either plain or reinforced with steel or sometimes composite materials), though some copper wires are used in medium-voltage distribution and low-voltage connections to customer premises.

The medium voltage switchgear is an integrated assembly of draw out or fixed or vacuum or SF6 circuit breakers, bus, and control devices coordinated electrically and mechanically for medium voltage circuit protection.

Designed for easy installation and operation, it ensures a secure investment for the future control, monitoring and automation.
The switchgear cubicles can incorporate all the user-friendly digital control and protection relays necessary for flexible system configuration based on customer requirements. Standard solutions are available, using fully integrated digital control, protection and monitoring units which can be individually configured.
Using this latest digital technology. This type of switchgear can be easily integrated into any overall control and monitoring system. It provides detailed plant operating information control and management of the complete plant or distribution network.
In addition, modifications to the control configuration during manufacturing, commissioning or future plant upgrades can be quickly and easily achieved without the need for any specialized equipment or programming knowledge.
It is a robust metal-clad switchgear, divided into four compartments segregated by earthed metal panels. It incorporates independent pressure relief laps on each of the cable, circuit breaker and busbar compartments.
High-pressure resistant front doors with interlocking flanges on all sides provide maximum safety to the user.
The design ensures effective internal arc containment in the unlikely event of a major fault occurring within the cubicle.
The gases are expelled at the top of the cubicle, as far from the operator as possible, for improved safety.
For special installations, additional arc energy absorbing devices are available.
Low Voltage Panel Boards
We produce low voltage distribution panels according to
the customer designs and demands. The nominal current of the produced panels is up to 15000 A. To increase consumer electro safety we offer automatic reserve lead in system, and other automatic network control systems.
Our distribution panels are specially designed to protect generator, substation, transformer, distribution network, and street lighting; up to 15000amp, for protection from over load and short circuit.
Manual Synchronizing Panel is provided all controls and meters to observe various parameters to help the operator to do manual synchronizing while observing these.
