The need to be operating in the International Market, and the progression of the regional construction industry into large scale and specialized projects, often requiring extensive financing and other resources by the General Contractor, meant that change was inevitable. In June 2005, Water & Power Engineering Group acquired COROMO, and successfully completed the restructuring of the company.
